[...Okay. For a fact, those robots cannot be stopped. Yet. While standing guard and speaking with Detective Kiyone in the tunnels regarding the prisoners several days ago, the Malnosso's robotic abductors broke into the prison where Naoya and Dilandau were being held. Batman and Kiyone put up a fight against the machines, but were ultimately pacified and subdued by them before they took Naoya right out of the prison. Batman, for his part, ended up hurt pretty badly, so he's been in hiding for the past several days, only occasionally returning to meet with the League, and never for very long. The event didn't help matters at all.

And then there was Dilandau's escape. How he managed to get hold of his journal was a mystery to him. He certainly never let him have it... and investigations into the matter have so far yielded no results. This has been a very unpleasant streak for the Caped Crusader. …Of course, with Kiyone now missing and presumably sent home for good, Batman has a lot of work to do to try to fix the damage done by the Malnosso.

Now fully healed and ready to jump back into action, he's going to head back to League Headquarters (such as it is) and meet with his associates. Afterward, he's going on the hunt. Both for information on the escape (anyone connected with Dilandau or who talked with him over the journal) and for Dilandau and Naoya themselves. If he has any say in it, they're going right back into those cells. Watch your backs, gentlemen.

But before he heads out on mission from the Justice League’s house, he's got a few calls to make.]

Most of them lack the discipline required. The other problem is the nullification effects of the tunnel. I'm not affected by it, but most of the other individuals who would volunteer would be.

...I have a handful of ideas. But I'll need some time to verify if they're good ones.

I know...I've been learning how to protect myself...but, I don't know who the Justice League is..

[Folken listens very closely to the entry and when he hears Naria's voice, it is obvious he recognizes that voice because his look of confusion is not hidden at all. Naria was honestly the last person he would have suspected because she wouldn't go against his wishes.]

Yes, I know her. That would be the third person from my world, an associate of mine name Naria. And you are absolutely sure she was indeed the one? [Because really, it just doesn't sound right. She'd never do anything that would upset him.]

[And here's someone who isn't suspicious, but is still interesting. Lang is basically just wandering the village and he seems very intent on his surroundings and the people. He's looking for something, though what he's looking for isn't obvious from looking since he's not exactly finding it.

Of course, Batman is a creepy stalker and will likely evade his notice somehow.]

[Having gotten accustomed to being watched by the occasional neighbor, and given Batman's ability to--well--be Batman, Neville continues with his project uninterrupted. With the aid of some hovering charms, he guides a vine to fetch a twig for him, though the grip is too strong and accidentally snaps it. Neville frowns deeply and sighs, speaking to it in a soft murmur.] No, that's not right. And I haven't even started working out how to get you to think for yourself.

[Here's a short kid wandering around at night, hands in his pockets. He's staring at the ground, but his other senses keep him aware of his surroundings. He might be doing his own patrol, but not necessarily for criminal activity. He has spoken to Dilandau while in prison, but only briefly.]

[Sometime in the afternoon, Diana will be lounging around in the living room, reading some novel or the other.]

[Emma's at the fountain. Staring into it. Her earring fell in, and it's too deep for her to get it out without the water touching her skin. Plastic gloves only go so far, and fountain water is generally dirty. She seems to be verystressed out about it...but will Batman help one of Wonder Woman's friends with such a trivial task?!]

I'll check and see if I can round up any good prospects. We can compare notes later.

[And here he is, emerging from his "batcave," after getting some sleep. ...You wouldn't know it by looking at him, considering he's wearing that cowl again. Anyway, he's in plain view and not playing stalker right now. How about that.]

Enjoying how quiet it is here?

[...Something's off here. She looks really agitated. And looking into the fountain. Something of hers fall in? ...Whatever. He looks around. Doesn't look like there's anyone else here. Surprise, he's walking up from behind quietly. Beware of a shock.]

...Something wrong, miss?

[Don't be silly. Batman stalks in his sleep.

She turns at his voice, lowering her book.]

I am. It's a welcome reprieve from crime fighting, though I'm afraid I'll soon be bored of it.

It's never quiet for too long. Luceti's a powder keg. We might be needed soon. Boredom likely won't be a problem for long.

[She jumps and gasps a little, but. Wow. You're a strange and kind of scary-looking human. R-regardless she can't be rude.]
