Okay, this is very important.  Luceti, I need your help with this one.  Batman can be a potentially godmoddy character to play if people aren't aware of what he can and can't do.   So what I need is for people to throw me a bone here and work with me.

I'm sure all of you are aware Batman is the world's greatest detective.  That means he's bound to find out things about your characters you might not want him to.  He will constantly be rolling through journals, keeping tabs on what people say and do, especially people he dubs of interest.  Anything you post on the journal that's not filtered is subject to being brought back up by this guy if it's necessary.   But what's really important and vital is Batman's ability to read people, track them, and investigate them.

Reading people's reactions are very important.  If you want Batman to be able to read your muses' body language like a book, you need to let me know that's okay.  Essentially, it's asking how much of the brackets Batman can read into.   Please, tell me how much is good for your characters, and where the line is.   If you're character is an exceptionally gifted liar, the line might not be very far.  So please, tell me where the line is so I don't break your experience with him.  That's the last thing I want to do.

As for tracking and investigating, I need permission for that too.  How far are you willing to go without your character catching on?  Batman occasionally shadowing them in the night?  Sneaking into their houses and apartments looking for evidence of a potential crime?   And just how much do you want Bats to be able to figure out based on all of this?  And most importantly, how much should Batman be allowed to expose your muses' plots?   Please, be specific.  Again, I don't want Batman learning and exposing something that he shouldn't that might hurt someone's experience here in Luceti, but him failing to deduce and stop anything at all is out of character as well.

This post is extremely important if you play a villainous or potentially dangerous character.  Bats will track anyone he deems important, and that includes good guys, but villains are his primary target.   So please, Luceti.  Sound off!

[In the middle of the previous night, a note will be left under the door of Clark Kent.  It reads as follows:]

Clark,

There are urgent matters to discuss.  Be on top of Community Housing 7 at midnight.

[The note is not signed and not dated.  Mysterious letter is mysterious.  The only question is whether or not Clark will meet him there at the appropriate time.   As for the rest of the night before then, Batman will keep tabs on Luceti.  He's looking for anyone in particular he might find useful.  If you want to be shadowed by this vigilante or speak with him feel free to be out and about minding your own business.  Don't worry about finding him.  He'll find you.

Be warned, he may not even stop to talk if he doesn't want to.  That's just how he is.]
